A Well Deserved Draw The U11 As had a great battle with Passage AFC in Passage last week. The boys played the better football for the majority of the first half with no goals to show for it. On a boggy pitch Colin Forrest hit the post from a penalty he had won himself. Passage had their chances also, hitting the bar twice. Both teams slugged it out in what was very good game, full of chances. It was Passage who broke the deadlock leaving the Blarney boys chasing the game. With the game drawing to a close, Darragh McCarthy popped up with a lovely finish to earn the team a good point. The result was fair for both teams after a very fairly contested game. There was great performances throughout the team, keep up the good work lads!
